Adding Foundations to the present corporate management structure solves one of the world's major problems -- unbridled capitalism.   Symbolically speaking, you can think of this  as a wild horse being tamed or a confirmed bachelor taking on a bride.   Actually it's both and either way you see it, the transformation will be phenomenal.

What Has Been:    In spite of being a masterful business structure, for centuries, unbridled capitalism has also been the scourge of the world.   In building, it has also been the world's major destroyer.   It has destroyed numerous ethnic cultures.   It has destroyed the environment to the degree that the world is presently facing a crisis that exceeds anything the humanity has previously faced. ^**ff1   It has replace democratic governments with dictators, and it has been the underlying force behind many wars.   It dominates every political structure on the entire planet.   

What Presently Is:    The fundamental rule of capitalism is "Profit."   The fundamental rule of unbridled capitalism has been and still is  "Profit at any price."   The present economic crisis, the present environmental crisis and the war in Iraq are all the direct result of unbridled capitalism.    Most of you already know what the problem is, so we'll skip the details and invite those interested in the details to read the section in the notes and reference section of this website. **uc1 

What Can be:     Adding non-profit Foundations to the corporate management structure will shift the primary motivation of corporations from short-term profit at the expense of everything and everyone else  to  providing service in a long-term, sustainable system. ^**ff9   It will also dilute the present-day, excessive concentrations of financial power.

Adding strategically placed non-profit Foundations to the present practice of unbridled capitalism, will expand the corporate world's  purpose for being.   That purpose will be expanded from profits only to include the well-being of the corporation's employees, its management, it's customers, and the environment.   It will still be able to produce a financial return for any remaining stockholders.   Each corporation and its affiliate Foundation will function as a team producing their goods and/or services within the context of the long-term, highest and best interest of everyone and everything, including trees, plants, animals, the environment, and the Earth, itself. 

The Benefits:    It's amazingly simple to set up and use and yet it's implications are far-reaching and profound.     Here are some of the benefits it will  produce:

     A major, peaceful redistribution of wealth,

     The re-assertion and re-empowerment of the middle class,

     A cure for the disease called debt, ^**1   

     Happier, healthier, more productive employees.,

     A sound financial foundation for corporate employees,

     Higher quality products and services,  and

     A major step toward the Reversal of Global Warming.
