A Summary in 90 Seconds

If I could show you a simple, easy-to-implement corporate management structure that will return billions of dollars to the working class and give corporate employees, corporate  customers, and the environment equal priority with making a profit, would you be interested? 

Here's how:

***   Any corporation with publicly traded stock, can, by free will choice, set up its own, independently controlled, non-profit foundation.

***   The profit-making corporation and the newly-created, non-profit foundation  work together as a team.    The corporations focuses on creating wealth and the foundations focuses on managing and distributing that wealth.   

***   Each month, the company donates a small percentage of its profits to this foundation, such as a portion of the money it normally donates to charity. 

***   The foundation uses this money to buy stock in its partner corporation.  

***   When the foundation has acquired  a controlling interest in the corporation, the  corporation and the foundation, functioning as a team, redefine the corporation's reason for being.   

***   The profits, instead of going to stockholders,  can be used:

++   Milking customers for an extra dollar can be replaced by high quality goods and services,

++   Product prices can accurately reflect product cost and be sold at a fair price, 

++   Corporation will be able to reduce their carbon footprint and participate in the Reversal of Global Warming.

***   The constant need to produce a short-term profit will simply disappear.

***   The never-ending war between labor and management will also disappear.
